• To secure your event date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Reservations are not considered confirmed until both have been received.

    • Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Final guest counts must be provided prior to the event.

    • Remaining balances must be paid before the event date.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

    • More than 90 days before event: Full refund minus administrative fees.

    • 30–90 days before event: Deposit retained.

    • Less than 30 days before event: No refunds.

    The Other Side Events reserves the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.

  • Rental periods include setup, event time, and cleanup.

    Additional charges may apply for:

    • Early access

    • Extended event hours

    • Late departures

    All guests and vendors must vacate the venue by the agreed-upon end time.

  • The venue's occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

    Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy established by fire and safety regulations.

  • Clients may:

    • Utilize approved caterers

    • Bring their own caterers

    • Use the venue kitchen if included in their package

    All food vendors must maintain appropriate licensing and insurance.
